Denise is an experienced civil litigator and counselor, who focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate including boundary, tree, and fence disputes, land use, failure to disclose and fraud claims, breach of purchase agreements, easements, partition and quiet title actions.  Denise also handles estate planning, trust administration, and probate and trust litigation..
